Had another good workout tonight. The scheduled workout today was Pump and Burn, it is a 41 minute long DVD but really with intros the workout is 35 minutes long. It starts with warm-up, moves onto a squat track, then a chest track, legs & back then an ab track followed by the cool down. It certainly is enough of a workout for me. I have a bit before the system has me move up to one of the harder workouts. Probably a good thing so I can work on my form and maybe build a little more strength.
Right now I am starving and craving sweets like a mother (you know the rest) so I think I am going to have some 0% greek yogurt with some fruit and granola. My DH found me some really good granola. It only has a couple of ingredients and the sweeteners in it are clean eating approved. So YAY!
Anyhow I have yogurt to eat before I get testy. Have a good night 🙂
