There was absolutely no reason for me to procrastinate on starting the Couch to 5K training program. I honestly can not think of one. But somehow I kept saying I was going to do it “today” or “tomorrow” and never actually followed through. Every time I said I was going to and did not follow through added one more time too many. I just finished day one, it wasn’t bad at all. I worked up a decent sweat, burned 200 cals and finished it plus an extra 10 minutes for cool down. Getting started was the hard part. Keeping it going will be cake. Now it’s time for a lunch break then onto Pump Extreme.
